Development Climate Neutral Certification Programme – Release 1

Please find below a summary of the entire development trajectory:

CNG has revised its certification programme, with the intention to become ISEAL Community Member. ISEAL is the global membership association for credible sustainability standards. In May 2019, Climate Neutral Group became an ‘ISEAL Subscriber’. The ISEAL Codes of Good Practise require several rounds of stakeholder consultation, before the final programme could be launched. As such, CNG has organised the below stakeholder consultation rounds. As a first step, in spring 2019, CNG developed a Terms of Reference for the Development of the CNG Certification Programme, describing the process and procedures pertaining to this development trajectory. Below picture visualises the entire process.

Update in May 2020: This roadmap is delayed by appr. 1 month, due to an additional stakeholder consultation round which has been scheduled for June’20, and due to COVID-19.
